A federal grand jury has charged a Sacramento man with sex trafficking of a minor.
A single-count indictment was returned Thursday against William Morgan Banks, 31, according to a U.S. Attorney’s Office news release.
According to court documents, from June 6 to 11, Banks transported, harbored and maintained a minor, knowing that the minor would be caused to engage in sex acts for money in Sacramento.
Banks is to be arraigned July 9 in federal court in Sacramento.
