Police on Sunday were investigating a pair of overnight shootings just blocks from each other in Sacramento that sent three people to area hospitals.

The first shooting, at 12:12 a.m., sent officers to the 3400 block of 22nd Avenue, where they found two men with gunshot wounds, police said. Both were taken to a local hospital in what police said was stable condition.

Sacramento police were called to a second shooting at 12:36 a.m, at 34th Street and 14th Avenue. Officers found a woman who had been shot. She was taken to a hospital, also in stable condition, police said.

Police had made no arrests as of late Sunday morning.
