Police say 19-year-old assaulted multiple people, fled officers before arrest in Sacramento
Police say a Sacramento man was arrested Saturday in Campus Commons after assaulting two people, vandalizing a car and then running from officers.
Around 3:30 p.m., the Sacramento Police Department responded to the 2000 block of Fair Oaks Boulevard on reports of an assault. Officers say a man had assaulted two people and vandalized a car. The man then fled the area.
Police were able to later arrest the suspect, identified as Mario White, 19. He is facing charges related to assault, vandalism and resisting arrest. Jail logs show White was released on bond late Saturday.
