UPDATE: 47th Street reopens near grass fire

Fire officials have reopened 47th Street near Franklin Boulevard where firefighters extinguished a fast moving grass fire.

The fire, roughly 1/2 acre to 1 acre, was moving northeast in an empty field, according to the Sacramento Fire Department.
