Elk Grove man identified as drowning victim
The Sacramento County Coroner’s office has identified the young man who drowned last week in the Sacramento River.
The man is listed on the coroner’s website as Raul Armando Valdez Aquino, 20, of Elk Grove. Divers searched Wednesday afternoon for his body, which was eventually recovered Saturday.
