Peter Terrance Nelson, 42, of Rocklin is being held without bail in Placer County Jail.

No court dates currently are scheduled for Nelson.

He was arrested in April, accused of possessing child pornography and illegally video recording women in the bathrooms of his homes.

According to stories in The Sacramento Bee, Roseville police began investigating Nelson in October 2013, which later led to his arrest for allegedly video recording under women’s dresses at the Rosevlle Costco store. Placer County sheriff’s detectives searched his residence April 15 and seized two computers.

Authorities said a forensic evaluation of the computers revealed that Nelson had hidden cameras in his home and had filmed females showering and otherwise using the bathroom. The videos, taken at his homes in Elk Grove and Rocklin, reportedly date back to 2007.
