The public’s help is sought in the search for two sisters missing from their North Highlands home.
A’miricle Brown, 8, and Rachel Brown, 13, argued with a family member, their legal caregiver, and then ran away from their residence in the 5000 block of Harrison Street on Monday afternoon.
Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department deputies said that text messages sent by the children lead them to believe that they are with an extended family member. However, attempts to find them have not been successful.
The sisters are not believed to be in danger.
