Big rig crash kills motorist in Yolo County
One person has died in the crash of a big rig and a car Thursday morning just north of Woodland.
The big rig was hauling a long concrete beam at Highway 113 and County Road 18c near Interstate 5 when struck by the sedan at around 5 a.m. One person in the car died, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Another person was transported to the hospital.
