Police tape at crime scene

A search is underway for a person accused of breaking into a Roseville bank on Monday and stealing items, police said.

Officers were called about 6 a.m. to the U.S. Bank location at the corner of Estates Drive and Harding Boulevard for a burglary, the Roseville Police Department said in a social media post.

A person wielding a crowbar entered the bank and stole an unknown number of items, police said.

Police did not provide a suspect description or what was stolen. A call to Roseville police spokesman Lt. Chris Ciampa was not immediately returned.
