The Galt Police Department is searching for four robbery suspects following a series of break-ins Monday morning at restaurants in the city.

Police said the four robbers were responsible for four burglaries and were seen on surveillance footage from multiple establishments. They were seen in hooded, baggy clothes, driving a light silver or blue SUV believed to be an Acura RDX, model year 2016 to 2018. License plates were covered, images from the cameras showed.

There were four separate calls for burglaries, according to a social media post from the department. Incident reports from the department showed four calls for service on Monday to the following restaurants:

5:28 a.m. at Papas & Wings, 803 C St.

5:54 a.m. at T2 Yan Chinese Food, 10400 Twin Cities Road, Suite 10

Smash-and-grab style robberies are not new to Galt. According to Galt Police’s annual report from March, there were 59 break-ins in 2023 and 55 in 2022, including multiple groups that targeted restaurants and businesses.

Police encourage anyone with information about the robberies or the suspects to call detectives at 209-366-7010.
