Citrus Heights police arrested a man and woman after pursuing a stolen vehicle from Citrus Heights to North Highlands Wednesday.
The driver, Donald Murray, 33, was arrested on charges of possession of stolen property, stolen vehicle and felony evading. Lori Coleman, 38, was arrested on charges of obstructing and resisting police officers and violating probation. Both were transported to Sacramento County jail.
Officers located an occupied Chevrolet reported as stolen about 3 a.m. at Mariposa and Eastgate avenues in Citrus Heights, said spokesman Sgt. Mike Wells.
“The vehicle took off at a high rate of speed, failing to yield to the officers,” Wells said.
