Father and son arrested in connection with fatal road rage incident in Rocklin

A 55-year-old man died Saturday night in a road rage incident in Rocklin, according to a news release from the Rocklin Police Department. Two suspects have been arrested.

Police were dispatched at around 8:43 p.m. to the intersection of Whitney Ranch Parkway and Whitney Oaks Drive, according to the release. A physical altercation resulted in the man’s death; no firearms were involved, police said.

Police arrested Blake Rakela, 20, and his father, Anthony Rakela, 60. Both are residents of Rocklin. They face charges of murder and conspiracy.
