Motorcyclist in critical condition after South Natomas hit-and-run crash

A female motorcyclist is in critical condition at a hospital after a suspected hit-and-run collision with another vehicle in South Natomas, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

The crash occurred just after 9:45 p.m. Saturday near San Juan Road and Binghamton Drive, said Officer Anthony Gamble, a Police Department spokesperson. The other involved vehicle left the area before police arrived.

The motorcyclist was given emergency aid and transported to a local hospital, Gamble said.

No other information was immediately available, including about the suspect vehicle.
