The teen’s mother eventually found out about the abuse and immediately reported it to police and obtained a court order directing Barry to stay away from her daughter, according to the District Attorney’s Office.

Prosecutors said a jury on April 10 found Barry guilty of committing forcible rape, four counts of committing a lewd act upon a child and two counts of violating a court order.
