One man dead, three injured in early-morning Elk Grove shooting

One person was killed and three were hospitalized in a shooting early Sunday morning at an Elk Grove restaurant and bar.

Police responded to the incident just after 1:30 a.m. at the Z Town Asian Gastro Bar at 8409 Elk Grove Florin Road, according to a news release from the Elk Grove Police Department. Once there, they found three people with gunshot wounds, including one adult male who was pronounced dead at the scene.

The two other victims were taken to a hospital and later a fourth victim drove on their own to a hospital. All are being treated at hospitals, according to the release.

The incident is under investigation, the department said.

The name of the man who died has not yet been released.
