Missing Placerville man considered at risk due to mental health issues
Placerville police ask the public’s help in finding a 30-year-old man who is considered at risk due to mental health concerns.
Kevin Burroughs is well known in the Placerville area and is missing from 935 Spring St., where he was last seen about 6:15 p.m. Tuesday.
He is described as white, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 180 pounds, with short red hair and a beard. Burroughs was last seen wearing a tie-dye shirt with maroon-colored pants and no shoes.
