Sacramento police release security cam photos, need help identifying robber

Sacramento police seek help in identifying a robber who grabbed money from a restaurant employee and then ran away.

Police said that the man entered the Thai Laos Boat Noodle restaurant, 3010 Florin Road, about 9:15 p.m. Sept. 21 and approached the counter. He then forcibly took money out of an employee’s hand. A citizen tried to hold onto the robber, triggering a scuffle.

The robber, described as a thin, chean-shaven black man in his 30s with a bald head, was wearing a blue t-shirt with a star design in the center. Police released security photographs of the robber.
