Davis police have released a sketch of a man suspected of robbing a juvenile at knifepoint in October.
Police said the incident occurred about noon Oct. 2 near the Veterans Memorial Center. The suspect pulled a knife on the victim and demanded money. The victim gave the man money and the suspect then left the area, according to a Police Department news release.
The suspect was described as white, about 40 years old, 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, with a thin build. He also was described as having wrinkled skin, a scar on his right cheek, and was last seen wearing a dark-colored beanie, a brown and blue windbreaker, blue jeans and open-toed sandals. Police said the description indicated he may be transient.
Police on Tuesday released a composite sketch constructed from information provided by the victim.
