Sacramento police seek public’s help in finding at-risk woman

Sacramento police were asking for the public’s help Saturday night in finding a 55-year-old woman who walked away from a group home in the south area.

Police say Connie Manselle, who walked away from the home at about 5:45 p.m. in the 6400 block of Valley Hi Drive, is considered at-risk and had been making threats about harming herself.

Manselle was wearing a brown shirt, tan Capri shorts and a hat, and she walks with a brace on one of her legs, police said.
