A third suspect in a fatal stabbing that allegedly arose from a landlord-tenant dispute this month has surrendered.
Monterio Maurice Roberts, 42, turned himself into Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies Monday evening on an outstanding murder warrant.
About 5 p.m. Nov. 16, in a house in the 1800 block of Stevenson Avenue, deputies said, an argument between two men turned violent when one pulled a knife and stabbed the other.
The victim, Edward White, 35, was rushed to a hospital where he later died.
