Two teen brothers badly hurt in Galt area crash
Two teen brothers were critically injured Tuesday morning in a crash near Galt.
The crash occurred around 8 a.m. when a car being driven westbound on Twin Cities Road near Cherokee Lane by a 17-year-old boy went out of control, spun sideways and was struck by a pickup being driven eastbound on Twin Cities, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The 17-year-old boy and his 14-year-old brother, a passenger in the car, suffered major injuries. Four people in the pickup had minor injuries.
