The Santa Rosa Press Democrat reported Tuesday that the missing man was identified by family and friends as Sergey Golubyatnikov, 52, of Roseville.
The dead man was identified as Ananiy Malinovskiy, 55, of Roseville.
The third man, whose name has been released, was rescued from the rocks off Tomales Point about two hours after the small boat was capsized by a wave.
