Elk Grove police have identified Loc Nguyen, 20, as an assailant in a road rage incident on Friday night that left three people stabbed.
Nguyen was arrested Friday night at Kaiser South hospital while seeking treatment for a fractured finger and abrasions to his hands and face. A second suspect in the stabbings, Johnny Tran, 18, remains at large.

Nguyen and Tran, who was driving a separate vehicle, fought with three residents of the complex after an argument erupted. The three victims were stabbed with a pocket knife and sustained non-life threatening injuries.
One of the stabbing victims was released from the hospital, said Detective Josh Magdaleno of the Elk Grove Police Department.
