Police are trying to find a pregnant, 20-year-old Sacramento woman who went missing more than a week ago.

The woman, Aubrey Andrews, is nine months pregnant, and was last seen about 10 p.m. Dec. 6 near her home in the 5900 block of Jacinto Avenue.

The Sacramento Police Department, in a statement Sunday, said Andrews was reportedly distraught when she drove away from her home in a white Toyota Prius. Family and friends in Sacramento say her disappearance is unusual and told police that she may have traveled to Southern California where she has friends.

Andrews is described as a Filipino woman, 5 feet, 1 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown or hazel eyes and black hair with gold or blonde highlights.

On Saturday, police officials took to Twitter, posting Andrews’ photo and asking Los Angeles and Orange County authorities to be on the lookout for the missing woman.

Anyone with information on Andrews’ whereabouts is asked to call the Sacramento Police Department at (916) 264-5471.

Call The Bee’s Darrell Smith, (916) 321-1040.
