Two men and a woman from Rancho Cordova have been arrested in connection with the sale of date-rape drugs.

Roseville police detectives investigating sales of a synthetic narcotic drug similar to GHB, known as the date-rape drug, had long heard rumors that a Rancho Cordova residence was the Sacramento region’s source for GHB.

On Dec. 9, Roseville officers served a search warrant on a home in Rancho Cordova. The house had a security door and numerous video security cameras.

Inside the home, officers found “a GHB substitute drug disguised as and sold under the guise of massage oil,” according to a police press release. Also found was $20,000, firearms, methamphetamine packaged for sale and other evidence related to drug sales, according to police.

Michael Manoff, 74, Corrina Day, 42, and David Culfa, 40, all of Rancho Cordova, were arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs for sale and other charges. They were booked into Sacramento County jail.
