A man was arrested at a Tahoe Park store for suspicion of shoplifting and sexually assaulting women.

Elue Dwight Palmer, 20, was booked into Sacramento County jail on Wednesday on suspicion of sexual assault, burglary, false imprisonment and resisting officers.

Sacramento police officers rushed to the Target near Highway 50 and 65th Street just before 5 p.m. Wednesday where a man had been detained by store security for shoplifting. Officers then discovered that he had assaulted more than one woman inside the store.
