The Sheriff’s Department in August released composite sketches of one of the individuals sought. He was described as black, in his 20s, with long dreadlocks and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt at the time of the shooting.
Photographs of the suspect vehicle were captured by a nearby surveillance camera moments before the shooting. Sheriff’s officials noted that the quality of the video did not provide a clear view of the license plate. The vehicle was described as a light gray or silver 2015 Hyundai Sonata four-door sedan. A shark fin antenna was attached to the center of the rear window near the roof line.
