Roseville woman accused of embezzling from Rocklin businesses
A Roseville woman is accused of embezzling more than $90,000 from multiple Rocklin businesses.
Rocklin police detectives arrested Darla Miller, 50, Tuesday.
Miller had worked as the office manager for Lawton Industries before the embezzled funds were discovered by another employee of the business in September, according to a Police Department news release. Tuesday’s arrest followed an extensive investigation conducted by Rocklin detectives over the past few months, police officials said.
Miller was booked into Placer County Jail on suspicion of embezzlement, burglary and forgery.
