A third victim in Friday’s head-on vehicle crash in Fair Oaks has been identified.

Daniel A. Figueroa, 24, of Sacramento, was killed when the Buick LeSabre he was in collided with a Subaru at 1:30 a.m. and burst into flames on San Juan Avenue at Palm Avenue. Two other victims riding in the Buick – Judy Guzman, 33, and Brianna Roridguez, 20 – had previously been identified by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.

That leaves one more victim to be named by the office, which must contact family before releasing the names of people who die. Five people were riding in the 1992 Buick LaSabre. One passenger in the Buick survived and is being treated at a local hospital.

The driver of the 2003 Subaru Outback, survived the crash.

Authorities say it’s not clear what caused the accident.
