Man sought in connection with November armed robbery in Rosemont area

Sacramento County sheriff’s detectives seek the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of an armed robbery in November in the Rosemont area.

The Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday released surveillance photos of the man accused of approaching a person Nov. 22 near the intersection of Watt Avenue and Manlove Road. He allegedly pointed a gun and demanded the victim’s property, according to a Sheriff’s Department news release.

The man was last seen running into the neighborhood just north of Watt Avenue and Manlove Road, sheriff’s officials said.

The man is described as about 18 to 25 years old, approximately 6 feet tall with a large build, and weighing about 200 pounds. He had short black hair and was clean-shaven. He was wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans and tan boots.
