Westbound I-80 lanes in Rocklin reopen after crash

All lanes on westbound Interstate 80 were blocked for about an hour Saturday afternoon near Rocklin Road due to a vehicle crash, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatcher.

The accident occurred about 2:55 p.m.

Traffic on the interstate was backed up to Penryn as of 3:30 p.m. All lanes reopened as of 4:10 p.m., the CHP reports.
