Sacramento police are investigating the wounding of a man after a fight early Friday morning along Alhambra Boulevard.
Officers were called to Alhambra Boulevard and N Street just before 2 a.m. for a report of shots fired, according to police Officer Traci Trapani. When police arrived they could not find anyone shot or anyone who may have fired a weapon.
Offices looked for witnesses and moments later got word of a man who had gone to a hospital emergency room for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Officers spoke to the man but received meager information.
Police believe he was shot in gunfire at Alhambra Boulevard and N Street after a fight. .
