Martin-Santana was arrested in December 2013, following a Sacramento Police Department investigation into a report of alleged misconduct.
According to an account in The Sacramento Bee, police said Martin-Santana was accused of inappropriately touching a patient during the course of his duties as a medical assistant. Police said at the time that the investigation involved only one incident.
