Reward offered for information leading to arrest of Roseville bank robber
Roseville Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man who robbed a Citibank branch on Douglas Boulevard last week.
The man entered the bank at 1950 Douglas Blvd. about 12:30 p.m. Jan. 6, presented a note and demanded money from a bank employee. The employee gave the robber and undisclosed amount of cash, then left the bank, according to a Roseville Police Department news release. No weapon was seen, and no one was hurt during the robbery.
The man was described as in his late 40s with a tan or olive complexion, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds and wearing a blond wig, with brown hair underneath. He wore a green Oakland A’s baseball cap and a gray long-sleeve zip-up sweatshirt.
Anyone with information pertaining to the case is asked to call Roseville Crime Stoppers at (916) 783-7867. Callers can remain anonymous and could receive a $1,000 cash reward if the information they provide leads to an arrest.
