Sheriff’s detectives seek two people in Rio Linda laundry burglary

Sacramento County sheriff’s detectives are asking the public’s help in identifying two people suspected of burglarizing a coin-operated laundry in Rio Linda.

The Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday released surveillance photos showing a man and woman as they broke into a change machine inside the laundry in the 900 block of Oak Lane on Dec. 22.

The man is described as white, 45 to 55 years old, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds with a mustache and glasses. He was seen in the photos wearing a brown hooded jacket, dark pants and brown shoes.

The woman is described as white, 45 to 55 years old, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 140 ponds, with brown hair. She is shown wearing a plaid flannel jacket or shirt.
