Suspicious items turns out to be false alarm at 10th and L streets

What looked to be suspicious turned out to be someone’s personal property at a parking garage in downtown Sacramento.

California Highway Patrol officers and the Sacramento police bomb squad were called to 10th and L streets around the lunch hour Thursday when a citizen spotted something suspicious on the top floor of a parking garage.
