Sacramento police have released surveillance photos of a man suspected of committing multiple commercial burglaries in the city over the past year.

Between March 3, 2015, and April 13, 2016, the man is believed to have targeted several restaurants in a series of burglaries, according to a Police Department news release. Many of the cases involved the theft of seafood and money from Asian restaurants. Police said the man may be responsible for other burglaries throughout the region.

Surveillance video obtained by police depicts what appears to be the same man involved in each of the burglaries, police said.

The man is described as Asian, 30 to 50 years old, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 140 to 160 pounds. He was most recently seen wearing a dark-colored jacket and jeans. During previous incidents, he frequently was observed wearing a baseball cap.

Sacramento police ask anyone with information about the man or the burglaries to call the dispatch center at 916-264-5471 or Crime Alert at 916-443-4357, or submit and anonymous tip using the free “P3 Tips” smartphone app. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
