Davis police arrest man for allegedly sexually assaulting teen in library bathroom
Davis Police arrested and charged a local man Saturday with repeatedly sexually assaulting a teenage boy in the restroom of the Yolo County Public Library’s Davis branch.
Dennis Lee Azevedo, a 59-year-old Davis resident, was booked into the Yolo County Jail on suspicion of oral copulation with a minor and engaging in the act of sodomy with a minor.
The victim reported that he was sexually assaulted at the library at 315 E. 14th St. by a man several times over a period of several weeks, according to a Police Department news release. Police said the last contact between the two occurred several weeks ago.
