Sacramento sheriff seeks help in re-uniting ring with Navy vet

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department wants to return a ring that may have been worn by a Navy veteran.

The well-worn ring was turned into a pawn shop. The pawn shop then contacted the sheriff’s department to help find the rightful owner.

The ring is made of 14-carat white gold and has a clear stone. Anyone with information is asked to e-mail the sheriff’s department at sfisher@sacsheriff.com or call (916) 876-5722.
