Authorities are searching for a teen last seen bleeding and being manhandled by her possible abductor on a Solano County freeway over-crossing.
Solano County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for 15-year-old Pearl Pinson. Deputies say that she was last seen by a witness at around 7 a.m. Wednesday on an Interstate 780 pedestrian over-crossing in Vallejo being pulled by a man.
Her face was bleeding and she was screaming for help, according to a sheriff’s department Facebook post. The man was seen with a firearm in his hand.
The sheriff’s office had received reports of shots in the area of the pedestrian over-crossing – and later discovered what appeared to be blood on the ground. Deputies identified the man with Pinson as 19-year-old Fernando Castro of Vallejo.

Pinson, who has failed to turn up at school or home, was last seen wearing a gray sweater and black leggings. She carried a turquoise backpack.
Castro was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and might be wearing glasses. The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert on Thursday for Pinson.
