Davis police ask the public’s help in identifying two people suspected of using stolen credit cards at local businesses in February.

Police on Thursday released a surveillance photo showing a man and woman who allegedly used stolen credit cards on Feb. 22 to purchase merchandise at Safeway and Big 5 on Covell Boulevard.

The man is described as white, about 50 years old, clean shaven, wearing a camouflage baseball hat and a gray T-shirt with “ARMY” in block letters on the front chest area.

The woman is described as white, approximately 40 years old, with brown or auburn mid-shoulder-length hair, wearing a dark top, two necklaces and aviator-style sunglasses.

Anyone who knows the identity or whereabouts of the man and woman shown in the photo is asked to call the Davis Police Department at 530-747-5400. Police stress that people should not try to contact or apprehend the individuals, warning that any wanted person should be considered potentially dangerous.
