17-year-old shot and killed in Stockton, three others injured

In Stockton a teen was shot and killed Monday night, and three others were injured, Fox40 reported.

Policed have released little other information, The Record newspaper reported. One of the other victims is believed to be a woman, according to the Stockton newspaper.
