Several people who were at the apartment were detained and were interviewed by detectives Tuesday afternoon. That ultimately led to the arrest of Fulkerson.
Detectives have determined that there is “no particular relationship” between Anderson and Fulkerson – both were visitors to the apartment. No motive for the killing of Anderson has been determined.
There are no other suspects in the case, according to detectives.
According to Sacramento Superior Court records, Fulkerson was scheduled to go on trial Wednesday for possesson of a concealed dirk or dagger and misdemeanor possession of tear gas and misdemeanor trespassing.
