State parole officers need help in finding a sex offender with baby footprints tattooed on his neck who fled after removing his GPS ankle monitor.
Vacaville resident Kurtis Duane Chambers is a sex offender on parole who may have fled to Manteca or Oregon in a white Oldsmobile Alero with California license plate 4KDC723.
Chambers is wanted by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for removing the GPS ankle monitor that allows authorities to keep track of his whereabouts. His last known address was 1000 block of Orange Drive in Vacaville, according to Vacaville police.
His neck tattoos are of baby footprints and the name “Abby.” Chambers is described as 6 feet tall, 215 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
