Man dressed like construction worker sought in bank robbery
Roseville police seek to identify a man suspected of robbing a Bank of America on Douglas Boulevard.
The robbery occurred about 1:45 p.m. Wednesday at 2221 Douglas Blvd. A man presented a noted demanding money, took an undisclosed amount of cash and left, according to a Police Department news release. Although a weapon was mentioned during the robbery, none was seen, police said. No one was hurt.
The robber was described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds, with short buzzed brown hair. He was dressed like a construction worker in a long-sleeved yellow shirt with a logo on the upper left chest, blue jeans and dirty work boots.
Police released a surveillance photo of the man. They ask anyone who recognizes him, or who has other information that could assist investigators, to call Detective Fernandez at 916-774-5024.
