Missing boy, 11, found unharmed in Del Paso Heights

An 11-year-old boy who went missing Sunday evening has been found in Del Paso Heights, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.

Jamar Owens was reported missing from his home near Madison Avenue after his parent asked him to step outside following their argument.

He was located in a residence in Del Paso Heights and returned to his family Tuesday night.

The boy was unharmed. The Sheriff’s Department said he was at-risk because of his age.
