Q: What was the conclusion of the charges against Tim Nosal? He was accused in 2014, but I can’t find anything conclusive about if he was found guilty.
Rochelle, Citrus Heights

Nosal originally attracted the attention of detectives with an online ad, according a story in The Sacramento Bee. A detective corresponded with Nosal for several weeks, posing as a 13-year-old girl. On the day of his arrest, Nosal reportedly drove from his job in Rancho Cordova for a planned meeting with the “girl” at Ashford Park in Auburn.
