A: Michael Anthony Contini was arrested by Roseville police in February 2014 after images of a sexual encounter with a younger girl ended up on social media sites and students’ cell phones, alerting officers to more alleged crimes.
Contini, then an 18-year-old senior at Woodcreek High School, faced charges including unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, possession or control of child pornography, and lewd and lascivious acts with a person younger that 14 years old.

According to Placer County Superior Court records available online, he pleaded no contest in March 2015 to felony and misdemeanor counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, and a misdemeanor count of annoying or molesting children.
Contini was sentenced to 736 days in county jail, with credit for time served, and five years probation.
