Roseville police are concerned a local man arrested on suspicion of committing lewd acts with an underage girl may have harmed additional victims, according to a department news release.
Christopher Blaine Odom, 43, was booked into the Placer County jail on Thursday night on a felony charge of committing lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14, according to police.
Investigators were tipped off regarding Odom the day before when someone told them a local man was possibly molesting a family friend in his home. Detectives found that Odom allegedly “groomed” the victim, touched her inappropriately and subjected her to other lewd behavior over an extended period of time, according to police.
Police said Odom’s job does not require him to work with children, and he has not worked as a coach with minors, but they are still concerned that other underage children with whom he was acquainted could have been harmed.

Odom is being held in lieu of $150,000 bail, according to the press release.
