There’s been plenty written about what high school seniors are missing out on this spring. Thursday night affords the possibility of celebrating instead.

Natomas Unified School District will host online graduations Thursday night for each of its four high schools. You can watch below. But don’t call it a “virtual” ceremony. It’s a real graduation and a moment of celebration for thousands of new graduates. And maybe one of them will find a cure for the next pandemic.
